These terms govern your use of the AtomStorm website at atomstorm.ai. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This is a static, informational website. Our products — AtomStorm Studio and Atlas — are separate services with their own terms; nothing on this page governs them.
What the site is
The site exists to introduce the studio and its products, to host our writing, and to point you to the right place. It is provided free of charge and for general information. There is no account to create and nothing to submit.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, and brand marks on this site belong to AtomStorm. You are welcome to quote short passages and link to our pages with attribution. Please do not republish pages wholesale or use our name and marks in a way that implies an endorsement or affiliation we have not given.
Our open-source software is licensed separately. Atlas, for instance, is governed by the license in its repository — that license, not these terms, sets what you may do with the code.
Acceptable use
Use the site as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it in ways that burden the service, or impersonate the studio. That is about the extent of it for a site that only shows you pages.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided as is, for general information. We work to keep what we publish accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or always available. Product capabilities are described on the product sites themselves, which are the authoritative source for what each product does.

Products have their own terms
AtomStorm Studio and Atlas are separate services, each under its own agreement covering accounts, billing, acceptable use, and the rest. Nothing on this website grants you any right to those services or changes their terms.
